In this action brought under the Federal Tort Claims Act, 28 U.S.C. § 2671 et seq., plaintiff seeks monetary damages for wrongful death caused by medical malpractice. The decedent was plaintiff's husband. He died, while a member of the Air Force, after receiving dental treatment at an Army medical facility. The district court dismissed the complaint and plaintiff filed this appeal.
